I have just had a bedroom, ensuite and deck added to my home in Roleystone. The Builder, Kieron, organised all plans and permits that were needed. The timeframe was very short to complete building, and the job is fantastic! Halligans designed the build and drafted the plans. I'm really happy with the layout that I ended up with.

Kieron and his team were great to work with; I liked all of his tradies - they all gave good advice, turned up with a cheerful outlook, and were very helpful indeed. I have used Halligans quite a few years ago and got them back to do this build. In summing up, Halligans is a very reputable, small, local building business, with good tradies and years of experience. Would not hesitate to contract work with them again.

We approached Kieron from Halligans Building, to design and build a Granny flat in the middle of an orchard, on our property in the hills of Perth. With a clean slate, on sloping ground, Kieron designed a home that maximised room size with a large veranda to take on the views. He complied with the contract schedule, undertook a seamless process of seeking approvals from various authorities, and communicated with me constantly on building progress. The result has been an attractive Granny flat with veranda and deck in a rural setting - and a very satisfied owner. Thank you to Kieron and the team from Halligans Building.

To whom this may concern. I’m writing this letter to confirm that a great job was completed on my home in the Armadale hills. Kieron and his dedicated team designed and constructed my timber deck. They also repaired an old existing section of deck and frame and fitted a new entrance into the kitchen. Everything was organised for us; From plans to permits act, with no problems at all. The whole process was a very positive experience actually, and the end result was fantastic! I would recommend Halligans Building and extensions to anyone; they were very easy to deal with as well. About Halligans Building. We recently added a big double garage 7m*7.5m and above on the 2nd floor a home office Home bar and home theatre. Halligans designed and built extension which we are very delighted with. A beautiful custom design, the best orientation, window sizes, views all was considered. They connected this extension to our home seamlessly and you cant tell it was added on at all. This has made such a difference to our home and the way it functions, it really is good. I would like to say That Halligans Building was very easy to work with. The Thought of Adding Extensions and Renovating seemed quite overwhelming at first, but Kieron the builder came Through and arranged everything for me. I converted a Garage to a New Bedroom and Ensuite and Renovated my Laundry area, it was all encompassed under the main roof.
He listened to everything i wanted and produced a lovely Design .
Iam Happy to be able to enjoy my Beautiful room. Points that i felt Important was that i always felt very safe during the whole Construction Process even when the roof was off. The Tradesmen were very professional polite and approachable ,They always offered to help if i needed to move something around.
I didn’t even need to move out While I was getting the Build done.
They did extra work for me without fuss at all, and the Time frame of the Build and the workmanship was excellent there was even 2 weeks under schedule.
i would have no hesitation with getting them again if i ever needed to do this again.
